Country Mouse and City Mouse seems to be a good way to describe us. Dianne is from the small town of Walpole, NH with its one flashing yellow light and Jim is from the north side of Chicago and its rush hour congestion. Jim was first shocked at how quaint and quiet Dianne’s hometown is, while Dianne is still trying to navigate the traffic of Portland, Maine! These differences have combined into a great relationship filled with new experiences and a shared close connection to friends of family. Jim retired after 30 years in the baking industry, and when he’s not driving his favorite client around the Northeast, he continues to work in hockey during the winter and bartending in the summer. Dianne received her master’s degree in 2006 and has worked her way up to Senior Manager of Social Work Services at world’s largest dialysis corporation. We are so glad that we have found each other and look forward to the many adventures in our future.
