What is the dress code?

We suggest semi-formal dress. We want everyone to be comfortable while looking their best, understanding that temps in Ft. Lauderdale range from highs of 85 in the day to low 70's at night, so impress us with your summer's best, but that doesn't have to mean a full suit or floor-length dress. Also keep in mind that it may be cooler after sun-down on the boat.

What's the yacht like? 

The Caprice is a three-deck yacht with seated dining for over 150 people. It has a state-of-the-art sound system and 5-foot bay windows. Please let us know if you need help with the stairs and the crew will gladly let you get a head start on moving from deck to deck before the rest of the guests.

Where are you registered?

We're not! We're well established in our home and as such are fortunate not to need anything to start our married lives together. We're not asking for or expecting gifts, your attendance IS your gift! If you want to buy us a cold drink in that warm Florida sun, we won't say no!

Where can we park for the wedding cruise?

If you are driving to the GalleryOne, parking ranges from $30 to $50. Since its Hotel and Marina parking, we suggest Uber or Lyft to the event.

Any recommendations for flights?

Our hotel is best served by Ft. Lauderdale's International Airport (FLL), but only a little farther down the road is Miami International Airport (MIA). Transportation to the hotel from FLL is best served by rideshare, Uber or Lyft. From MIA, many shuttle services will transport you to the for approx. $40 roundtrip.

Is there anything scheduled on Friday?

We anticipate guests will be arriving at different times on Friday, so nothing formal is planned. I’m sure we will see many of you at the hotel bar!

Is there a Honeymoon?

Well, our thought all along was if some guests would like to make a vacation out of this, they would have the option of coming on our Honeymoon cruise that leaves Miami the day after the wedding! How much fun would that be! Check HERE for more details and costs.
